IFF is a big believer in the old saying that "if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime". This journey does not need to be taken alone. IFF has done it, followed it, and created the program and loves to share it with others. My Experience
With over two decades of experience with weight training and nutrition, I finally found what I consider the golden ticket to health and fitness. The IFF lifestyle approach to fat loss and building muscle changed my life forever! With the IFF program, I'll teach you everything you need, and what I have done myself, to achieve my health and fitness lifetime goals. I'm in my 40s now and living healthier, happier and feeling younger than I've felt in years. You can do it too!

My Passion
Quite simply, my passions are my family, my health, working hard and.....being in Miami at the beach. My goal is to move to Miami Beach soon, a goal that just like my fitness goals, WILL happen with some hard work and dedication.
